Review Policy
Last updated: 18 January 2026
Summary: We show reviews from Google and customer emails. We may display a curated selection on the homepage, and any edits are limited to clarity or formatting while preserving the original meaning.
1. Who Can Write a Review
Anyone can leave a public review on Google. We also request feedback by email from customers who used our service. We do not require a purchase for Google reviews, but email reviews are typically collected from known customers.
2. How Reviews Are Collected
- Google reviews: Public reviews posted on our Google Business profile.
- Email reviews: Customer feedback collected via email after using our service, or when submitted through our contact form.
We may bundle Google reviews and email feedback into a single testimonials section on the website.
3. Verification and Authenticity
We do not guarantee the authenticity of every review, but we take reasonable steps to reduce fraud. Google reviews are managed through Google’s platform, and for email feedback we cross-check sender details against our customer records where possible.
4. Moderation and Rejection
We generally publish reviews, but we may reject a review in exceptional cases, for example if it:
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or illegal content
- Is spam or clearly unrelated to our service
- Appears to be fraudulent or duplicated
Review rejection is an exception and not a standard practice.
5. Editing and Changes
Reviews are normally published as received. In some cases we may make light edits for spelling, grammar, or length to improve readability, while preserving the original meaning. Substantive changes are not made.
6. Reporting Suspicious Reviews
If you believe a review is false or misleading, please contact us at brechtc@run-it.be with details. We will investigate and may remove or correct the review when appropriate.
